Extra marketing power in times of transition
About GITP & PiCompany
GITP is a Dutch consulting organisation, providing services on both the business and public sectors in the field of human resource management. Together withPiCompany they discover, develop talent. They do this with experienced psychologists and state of the art assessment- and analytics tools. These strategic and practical digital and human solutions, vary from individual training, assessments and coaching to full service talent development for teams and organisations.
Problem
GITP and PiCompany have moved into transition in 2018, changing many cases and departments. Employees left or were given another position, including in the marketing department. To create guidance, Champal Gijzen (Fabrik Wonka) was hired as interim marketing manager who would build a new team. The business had to remain open. But not only that, there was also a need for more marketing activities from the management to generate leads and boost sales. There had to be a quick switch and expectations were high.
The solution
Champal, a friend of boo!, contacted us to ask if we could deliver – on time and on spec. As a result of this question, we started to select the professionals, suitable for the job. Because there were mainly many practical marketing items to be produced, we offered Christel. A junior communication professionals with a good basic knowledge of design.
Christel helped to create online magazines, managed social media and kept the website up to date with training and assessment information. In this she was above all, a stable base and quiet force within the team. Every week she came back to boo! to review and improve her work. Christel worked in the marketing department of GITP and PiCompany for a total of six months. With the start of the new year, she handed over the project to Fenna.
Fenna has worked for GITP and PiCompany for almost a year, 4 days a week and on site. As a junior creative marketer she took over the tasks of Christel and has further helped the team with various campaigns, webinars and internal projects. The combination of design skills and a good content creation talent, made Fenna an important asset for the team.
In addition, Fenna was also involved in the entire process of developing the new website, where she was a point of contact for the web development company SWIS. Her tasks included copywriting, content creation, design proposals, testing and managing sprints from the customer position. Together with Daniel, who was responsible for the digital transformation and strategy from boo!brandbuilders, she completed this project.
The result
For a longer period, GITP and PiCompany received strong support in the marketing department, which was highly needed and appreciated. The boo!professionals have really become a part of the team. The team has put together beautiful campaigns, completed complex projects and achieved real results.
